We operate across two specialist areas, pharmaceutical and life sciences executive search, and consulting firm talent across the UK, US and Europe. In both spaces, we work at a level of depth that requires genuine sector knowledge, emotional intelligence and the confidence to have the right conversations, not just the easy ones.

Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences

Our BioPharma and life sciences executive search practice places senior scientists, functional heads and C-suite leaders across Switzerland, Germany, the UK and beyond. This arm requires genuine scientific literacy, a network built over years and the patience to work in niche talent markets where others struggle.

You do not need to have a PhD, but you do need to understand the world of drug development, clinical research and the organisations that drive it.

Consulting Firm Talent

Our consulting practice works with pharma and life sciences consulting firms across the UK, US and Europe, recruiting at every level from Associate Consultant through to Partner. This arm requires an understanding of consulting culture, commercial instinct and the ability to identify people who can drive new business and grow a practice.

You may have worked in consulting recruitment, professional services or a related talent function. What matters most is that you understand the world you are recruiting into.
