VoltTEAMbuild is our flat-fee model for building consulting teams. It is a flat fee per hire, not a percentage of salary, up to and including Principal Consultant, and a deliberately cost-effective alternative to the typical agency percentage, with a clear schedule for each region we work in. Anything above Principal moves to a percentage model, because at that level the search work is genuinely different. Tell us where you hire and we will send the relevant schedule across.

The flat fee reflects confidence that we can do the same job to a higher standard, and the structure of the business lets us deliver that level of service without loading a percentage on top. It makes your budgeting predictable, and it encourages the kind of closer, potentially exclusive partnership that serves both sides better than a transactional one.
VoltTEAMbuild is our flat-fee model for building consulting teams, covering Associate through Principal. Partner-level and other senior leadership searches are handled by our executive search practice, on a retained or percentage basis, because those mandates need a different process and a longer horizon.
